Empower your camper with essential leadership skills through our virtual LEADERS Certification Course. This five-session series helps middle schoolers build confidence, emotional intelligence, and teamwork through the lens of our camp values — Real Courage, Real Joy, Real Community, Real Caring, Real Safety, and Real Commitment.

Each session combines discussion, reflection, and interactive activities designed to help campers grow as leaders both at camp and beyond. Upon completion, participants will receive a Leadership Certificate recognizing their growth and dedication to self and community.

Session Dates & Topics:

12/20/25: REAL Courage & REAL Community

• Goal: Understand how to build connections, work together, and make camp stronger as a team.
• Goal: Learn to take risks, share your ideas, and step into leadership even when it feels challenging.

01/17/26: REAL Caring

• Goal: Practice empathy, kindness, and support to lead in a way that lifts others up.

02/21/26: REAL Safety

• Goal: Explore how leaders create safe, welcoming spaces where everyone can thrive.

03/21/26: REAL Joy

• Goal: Discover how joy and positivity can inspire others and keep communities strong.
  

04/18/26: REAL Commitment

• Goal: Learn the importance of responsibility, follow-through, and staying dedicated as a leader.
